Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, one-time purchases or pre-orders. This policy explains how cancellations and changes work for each type of purchase.
General Order Cancellation
Because we process and ship orders extremely quickly, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

Your payment details are stored securely and will be charged automatically for each delivery unless you choose to prepay.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew. If you do not wish to continue, you may cancel before the next renewal.

You may change or cancel your subscription at any time before your next order processes. Your order confirmation emails include links to manage your subscription.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is out of stock or not yet available. We may collect a deposit or store your payment method for future charge once the product becomes ready to ship.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled due to our rapid processing times; however, you may request a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
