Refund Policy & Money-Back Guarantee 

At CS2™, we want you to have the best possible experience. If our product isn’t the right fit, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible first-time customers.
We do not accept product returns. Refunds only.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must be a first-time purchaser of CS2™.

  • You must try the product for at least 20 consecutive days as directed.

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking).
    Requests submitted after 30 days are automatically denied.

  • You must provide valid proof of purchase and any required proof of use.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Flavor, taste, or personal preference

  • Repeat purchases or customers who have previously received a refund

  • Any request outside the 30-day window

  • Orders purchased from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces

CS2™ reserves the right to deny any refund request that appears fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of this policy.


How to Request a Refund

Email help@drinkcs2.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Any required proof of use (if applicable)

Do not send product back.
CS2™ does not accept returns under any circumstances.


Damages or Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will assist you.
Damage claims are handled separately from our money-back guarantee.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Orders from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces


Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received funds, contact us at help@drinkcs2.com.
