Shipping policy

At CS2™, we work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM CDT (Mon–Fri)
    Ship the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CDT (Mon–Thu)
    Ship the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CDT on Friday
    Ship the following Monday.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Estimates

  • U.S. orders are delivered in approximately 4 days on average, though delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, carrier capacity, or other factors outside our control.

  • Shipping timeframes shown at checkout are carrier estimates and begin once your package has been transferred to the carrier.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Delivery Issues

If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, CS2™ is not liable for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance. While we will always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for orders that show as delivered.
